An IVR is a device that we install in your establishment that automatically calls a Radio Cab for your customer at the push of a single button. This is a free service provided to you by Radio Cab Co. Just because you don't own a business that uses cabs frequently, Radio Cab has an automated system with you in mind. Automated Call Taker (ACT) gives you the ability to order a cab, for immediate or future dispatch time, check on it's progress and be called when the cab arrives. If you call taxi's from your home or office, that request can be filled by our ACT's. An account will be set up for your location and you will be able to dispatch taxis from your phone.
